Trails of sick children

It has been a roller coaster ride in our home. Tim sick with bronchitis, Hunter catches it, then Arianna and they all have sinus infections. My ears are blocked and will not drain, and I am limited to the medicines I can take while nursing Wynleah. Then Arianna and Hunter and getting better while still taking amoxicilin, and Wynleah gets sick. To little for medicine that put her on breathing treatments, they did not work she continued to run a fever. Went back to doctor and she is now on amoxicillin and orapred and breathing treatments. Fever gone, but still very congested. Then Arianna has a delayed allergic reaction to a combination of the amoxicillin and eating salty food and wakes up with lips swollen and blistered. Which has gone from bad to worse to just heart breaking. She is missing CC this week due to the pain and site of her mouth, and the doctor is sending her to dermatologists, since this is about the fourth time she has done this. To top all that off I have have the migraine of all migraines for three days!!!! When it hits, it hits hard! But I know that God will get us through each one of the sicknesses and that he is strong, and faithful to us to heal all of us in his own time. We stay in prayer for others, for the world, for our sins, and for the healing of our home and nation. Looking forward to a brighter day today

God Created The Earth, Rocks, Minerals, Crystals..........

Today we took a short drive up a Mountain to downtown Asheville, NC.  We meet a group of friends from our Classical Conversations.  Mr Potter the geologists showed us all the types of rocks and minerals, and explained where they come from and how they are made.  We enjoyed seeing rocks worth thousands of dollars and some worth pennies.  They where able to go in a cave and see what it looks and sounds like when you blow up a mine.  Learned about weather and how the earth rotating effects the weather.  Also wher able to see some of the great volcanos, and see where the "Ring of Fire" Volcanos are.  Arianna along with her brother and several of her friends even broadcasted the weather, and we had snow, clouds, sun Low pressure and high pressure, stong winds and a hurricane all today in South Carolina!!

It was a lot of fun to learn and explore more about Gods creation and how his art work is beyond our imagination.  Tim and the childern even craked a Geo stone from a Volcano in Mexico to find smokey quartz inside, it was beautiful.

Then a fun lunch at Fuddruckers with all of friends.  And we drove back down the Mountain with three sleeping babies.

What an adventure for today!  Until next time.
